Our Team: Ariel D. Fenster, Associate
Ariel Fenster's practice focuses on representing individuals and corporate entities in a broad range of business and employment related-issues. Her experience includes counseling employers, drafting employee handbooks, and representing employers in litigation matters regarding wage and hour disputes, restrictive covenants, and discrimination issues.
Prior to joining Cohan Law Group, Ariel worked at a national employment law firm in Atlanta, Georgia, where she represented employers in wage and hour class actions. Ariel graduated from Emory Law School in 2015 and received a dual-degree in advertising and economics from the University of Georgia in 2012.
During her time at Emory, Ariel clerked at several large companies in-house. Ariel was involved in the moot court society where she competed in the National Wagner Labor and Employment Competition and was inducted into the Order of Barristers for her success. Ariel also served as a managing editor of Emory's Corporate Governance and Accountability Law Review. In recognition of for her achievements in labor and employment law, Ariel was a recipient of the Elarbee Family Scholarship, which is awarded to only one student every three years.
Ariel is currently licensed to practice in the State of Georgia and is an active member of the Atlanta Bar Association.
